Jogging slow in the early morning is the ideal way to start the day. The sun is rising, the birds are singing and you are there, running alone. Your legs take short steps, your waist, your back & your shoulders are to be straight. Keep on moving your arms, control your heartbeats. Breathe deeply. Calm down. Relax. Free your head of negative thoughts. Think positively. Jog your own rhythm
