18 funny tweets to give you a laugh today

KIMBERLY DINARO.

July 18, 2021, someeecards.com

“If the weekend never feels long enough and you don’t remember the last time you had a real vacation that didn’t involve checking your email, you deserve to sit back and let the scribes of internet memes entertain you for a moment.

Pour yourself a glass of that slightly-more-expensive-but-still-cheap wine you’ve been saving for a special occasion and scroll through something other than the constantly disconcerting news headlines. Sure, social media still chock-full of photoshopped reality television influencers, the 500th post of your old co-worker’s toddler, trolls strirring up chaos and your ex’s uncle’s new house, but luckily there are some people who haven’t yet lost their sense of humor.

So, if you could certainly use a laugh today to get you through your daily grind, here are the funniest tweets we could find from the wonderful wits of Twitter. Enjoy!”

Educar es resistir

Diego S. Garrocho, @GarrochoS

Me causó buena impresión. Voz limpia, con negritud. Personal

LYRICS

A Woman´s Worth.-

ALICIA KEYS

You could buy me diamonds
You could buy me pearls
Take me on a cruise around the world
Baby, you know I’m worth it

Dinner lit by candles
Run my bubble bath
Make love tenderly to last and last
Baby, you know I’m worth it

Wanna please, wanna keep
Wanna treat your woman right

Not just told
But it’s showed
That you know she is worth your time

You will lose
If you choose
To refuse
To put her first

She will
And she can
Find a man who knows her worth

‘Cause a real man knows
A real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows
A real man ain’t ‘fraid to please her

And a real woman knows
A real man always comes first
And a real man just can’t deny
A woman’s worth

If you treat me fairly
I’ll give you all my goods
Treat you like a real woman should
Baby, I know you’re worth it

If you never play me
Promise not to bluff
I’ll hold you down when shit gets rough
‘Cause baby, I know you’re worth it

She walks the mile
Makes you smile all the while
Bein’ true

Don’t take for granted
The passions that she has for you

You will lose
If you choose to refuse
To put her first

She will and she can
Find a man who knows her worth

‘Cause a real man knows
A real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows
A real man ain’t ‘fraid to please her

And a real woman knows
A real man always comes first (firstbaby)
And a real man just can’t deny
A woman’s worth

No need to read between the lines
Spelled out for you (spelled outfor you)
Just hear this song
‘Cause you can’t go wrong when you value (you value)
A woman’s (woman’s, woman’s, woman’s) worth

‘Cause a real man knows
A real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows
A real man ain’t ‘fraid to please her

And a real woman knows
A real man always comes first
And a real man just can’t deny
A woman’s worth

‘Cause a real man knows
A real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows
A real man ain’t ‘fraid to please her

And a real woman knows
A real man always comes first
And a real man just can’t deny
A woman’s worth
